Our 6 step process to working with our NDIS team is as easy as:

1. Complete our “NDIS Contact Form” and let us know what NDIS services you require + need.
2. NEW Participants: did you know that HKS Russell assists with the onboarding process. If you don’t have a plan + would like to check your eligibility, please reach out to the team.
3. EXISTING Participants: if you’re an existing participant and would like to better understand your plan so that you can make the most out of it, reach out to the team @HKSRussell.
4. Once we receive your contact form, we will be in touch via email or phone call to arrange a meeting.
5. We chat + discuss what support services you want to achieve with your NDIS plan, We send you our service agreement….and the journey begins.
6. Once we have gained an understanding of your support services & your goals; we then review your existing plan, or if you’re new then we assist + develop the NDIS budget (based on what you want to achieve) and coordinate and manage your budget.
